After two years of successful marketing support partnerships, Papé demonstrated their deep trust in FPW Media by appointing us to completely oversee their very last title sponsor experience of the Bi-Mart Willamette County Country Music Festival in 2017. Beginning in 2015, FPW Media was chosen by Papé to contribute to their sponsorship experience of the annual country music festival, with FPW’s role growing each year. In 2016, FPW Media produced a music video advertisement for Papé during the four-day event, capturing and editing footage onsite and presenting the finished video to viewers via Jumbotron on the final day of the event. We were honored that Papé was so pleased with our work that they entrusted us with their final sponsorship experience. It was our goal to culminate the Papé term of title sponsorship with an awe-inspiring bang.

FPW Media coordinated every detail of Papé’s title sponsor experience with their internal team for this four-day event, ensuring that every aspect of Papé’s event presence exemplified their brand. From the table tent cards driving guests to Papé’s social media accounts to the stunning graphic backdrops outlining their stage-viewing area, every word and pixel radiated the personality of Papé. We contrived the optimal guest experience, designing article of giveaway clothing—t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats—and installing a virtual reality booth allowing guests to experience a variety of Papé equipment. We also designed and oversaw the experience for a large group of Papé’s customers, who camped overnight in “Papé Town.” These VIPs were treated to an exclusive, Papé-Town-only performance by country artist Ben Rue. We captured this sponsored performance in a live, virtual reality stream in order to invite the Papé community located beyond the physical bounds of the event to experience the unparalleled perks of the Papé sponsorship finale. Another tool in creating enhanced brand engagement was our daily routine of capturing video and photograph content and posting it to Papé’s social media accounts to keep fans and followers up to date about significant moments in the BWCMF experience.
